Entropy Index is where Taylor builds as COO alongside Travis Hanes — a small core team and agent systems that compound across OS, product, and research. That pace is why The Good Institute exists; it is not a reason to blur the product with Foundation programs.
On the Good Business slate it sits as flagship commerce: the commercial company at full weight. It does not wear a Good lockup. It does not sell Foundation programs as Entropy Index seats.
Capability borrow is allowed. Data merge is not. Agency ops, Good Health records, and Forensics case material never enter Entropy Index product, country clocks, or shared embeddings.

Entropy Index is not Good Entropy. The product keeps its name; Good Business is the roof that presents the house's commerce.

Foundation programs borrow build capability. They do not pipe cases, health records, or agency ops into Entropy Index product.
Institute is separate
The Good Institute reads what mass AI adoption does to people. Entropy Index is commercial risk intelligence. Same builder; different jobs.
